FAQs

Do I need a consultation before booking?Consultations are only required for Body Sculpting. All other sessions begin with an assessment to determine your needs, comfort level, and goals.How soon after surgery can I book post-op care?Most clients begin within 1–7 days post-op, depending on procedure and surgeon instructions. If unsure, reach out and we’ll guide you.Do you accept walk-ins?Sessions are by appointment only to ensure a private and focused experience.What should I wear?Comfortable clothing. For body sculpting or post-op sessions, bring your faja/compression garment if applicable.Are post op massages painful?No! Post op care is gentle, it can be a bit uncomfortable in certain areas depending on what procedure you had done, but it should not cause pain. Always communicate with your providerIs body sculpting painful?Techniques are gentle and relaxing. Some modalities may feel warm or or cause a temporary ringing in the ears, but should never feel painful.Do you offer packages or memberships?Yes, we currently offer massage, post op and body sculpting packages to support long-term results.What is your cancellation policy?We require 24 hour notice for cancelations/reschedules. Same day cancelations, reschedules or no shows will be charged 50% of the session. If you purchased a package and cancel/ reschedule with less than 24 hour notice or are a no-show you will forfeit a session from your package. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the applicable fee will be charged.

EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old to book or receive services.Individuals under 18 may only receive services with written parental/guardian consent, and a parent or legal guardian must be physically present during the entire appointment. Certain treatments are not be available to minors based on safety and professional guidelines.3. Appointments, Deposits & Payments* Appointments must be booked through our approved booking system or directly with Muse Bodywork.
